How it Works…
Finally, there is an “app” for our industry! NGMS’ app replaces the unnecessary need for recruiters and eliminates the “salesmanship” that they bring that isn’t relevant in our industry. Once you download the app, simply enter your specialty(ies) and then select your next assignment location preferences. The app will instantly show you the current assignments available in that location with transparent gross weekly minimum wages.
The app also breaks down the tax-free meals and incidentals allowed and the housing stipends specific to the GSAs index for that county. What’s even better is that the app will notify you the minute a new position is posted without you having to do a thing! Just follow the “push" notification” to see what assignments of your selections have been newly posted.
It’s that easy!
Simply hit the “apply” button within the app and we will submit you for the assignment of your choice, without having to go through the hassle of a recruiter and negotiate your rate, every time… Yuck!
Because we don’t pay recruiters a salary, benefits, and commission, we can pay our travelers substantially more than any other agency! We also pay properly for hours 36 to 40, overtime, holiday, and call-back, unlike all other agencies!
